I have dedicated more than 28 years to the hair and beauty industry, building my career on both skill and commitment to my clients. Originally from Albania, I moved to England in 1999, where I continued to refine my craft and gain valuable experience managing salons for others. Those years gave me a clear understanding of what makes a salon truly successful: technical ability, consistency, and genuine customer care.

In 2008, I put that vision into practice by opening Eagles Hair & Beauty. From the beginning, my goal was not just to create a place where people come to look their best, but also somewhere they feel comfortable and valued. I believe that a great salon is built on trust and long-term relationships, and I'm proud that many of my clients have been with me for years.

I take pride in being approachable while maintaining professional standards, delivering excellent results while building the personal connections that make every appointment more than just a service. For me, hairdressing is as much about people as it is about technique — providing not only quality and style, but also a warm and friendly experience.
